In this blog, we will go through a step-by-step guide on how to summarize YouTube Videos using Get Recall AI. Before we get started, make sure you have an account with Get Recall or the Get Recall chrome extension. If you don’t have either, you can Sign Up or Install the Chrome Extension to get started. For this example, we will use AI to summarize the Dr. Robert Lustig: How Sugar & Processed Foods Impact Your Health YouTube video. The YouTube Video is about 3.5 hours long and found on Andrew Huberman YouTube Channel.

Step 1: Add the YouTube Video link to summarize

First you will need to copy the YouTube video URL that you want to summarize.

Next, click the NEW button on the top right of the screen. The knowledge card will open up. In the knowledge card, ensure the URL option is selected. Then paste the link in the “Paste a URL here” box.

Next, choose between the concise and detailed summary options, which will determine the length of the summary.

Step 2: Summarize the YouTube video

Now that you have the YouTube Video URL in the create knowledge card box and have chosen between concise and detailed option, you can summarize the YouTube video by hitting CREATE in bottom right corner of the knowledge card. You can also hit the CLICK TO SUMMARIZE button.

Get Recall will generate the summary for your YouTube Video in a matter of few seconds. This summary will be saved as a knowledge card in your Get Recall account. The concise option takes notably shorter span to generate a summary whereas a detailed summary takes a little more. 

You will notice that your summary will comprise headings and multiple bullet points. Thanks to artificial intelligence, you can summarize long videos into organized key points.

Step 3: Modify and Analyze the YouTube Video Summary

Once the summary is ready, you can modify and/or analyze it in multiple ways as mentioned below.

• Add Tag – You can add tags to keep your cards organized.
• Edit the titles and body – You can edit the summary generated by Get Recall to add a human element.
• Share the Summary – You can share the summary as a link to your coworkers or friends
• Pin or Unpin the Summary – By default, the card will be pinned, but you can choose to unpin it
• Generate Questions – You can generate questions from the pdf summary and test your knowledge by answering questions
• Export to Markdown – You can export the summary as a .md file format.
• Delete – Remove the summary card
• Switch to Graph View – The Graph View looks like mind maps and helps grasp information more visually.

Step 2: Enter the name of your business name or company. If you are still exploring name ideas for you venture, you can try the Business Name Generator tool by Looka.

Step 3: Next select the industry for your company. Since my venture GIFluent is a blog, I selected the Blog option.

Step 4: Now Looka will give you some sample logos and ask you to select the ones you like. When I was using Looka, it gave me 42 logo samples to choose from and did not have any limits as to how many logos I could choose. This will give Looka an idea of your design and style preferences.

Step 5: Next, Looka will ask you to choose some colors you like. You can choose up to three colors. I like orange, teal, and blue, so I have chosen those options.

Step 6: You will get the opportunity to update your company name if you wish to. You can also add a slogan if you want to. Since I do not intend to change the company name or add a slogan, I just hit next.

Since I already have a logo for my business GIFluent, I will explore the possibility of branding with my existing logo. Simply follow the steps below:

Case Study: Generate A Professional Headshots with Aragon AI

Aragon AI can be used to generate a variety of headshots and photos. In this example, we will look into how one can generate Professional Headshots with Aragon AI and receive studio-quality results.

Step 1: Click on Create Your Headshots Now

First, go to the home page of Aragon AI and click on Create Your Headshots Now button. This will prompt you to log in if you are not already logged in.

Step 2: Click on Create Headshots

Once logged in, you will be greeted with Welcome to our AI Headshot Generator. To proceed further, click on the Create Headshots button.

Step 3: Choose your Gender

Now you will be asked a series of questions to help generate the perfect headshot for you, starting with What’s Your Gender? I have selected the Man option since I identify as a male.

Step 4: Choose Your Age

Next, you will need to choose the age range. Since I am 25, I have chosen the 25-29 option.

Step 5: Choose Your Hair Color

There are a variety of options to choose your hair color from black to blonde. If you bald, there is an option for that too. Since I have black hair, I have chosen the Black option.

Step 6: Choose Your Ethnicity

Now you will need to select your ethnicity. There are 9 different options including Multiracial option. The form thoughtfully breaks down Asian ethnicities into three distinct categories, acknowledging the vast diversity across the Asian continent. Since I have an Indian heredity, I selected South Asian.

Step 7: Upload 6 to 10 Photos of Yourself

This is by far the most crucial step, as it will determine the quality of your AI-generated headshots as you are going to upload photos of yourself.

You have the option of uploading 6 to 10 images. There are some photo requirements and photo restrictions to help you determine which pictures to upload and enhance the quality of your AI-generated headshots.

You can upload selfies taken at eye level in a bright area and pictures from the waist up. Clear photos in multiple outfits and backgrounds are recommended. While it is recommended that pictures be no older than 6 months old, I got wonderful results with pictures as old as one year.

Now, let’s talk about photo restrictions. Low-quality photos, revealing clothing and accessories are a big no. Ensure you don’t upload blurry photos. Also, don’t upload pictures taken from the side or when you are looking away.

My photo submission included a mix of images: 7 photos taken at different events throughout the past year, along with 3 fresh selfies that I captured specifically for using this ai headshot generator.

Step 8: Choose a Plan

Now you will need to choose a plan based on your requirement. I chose the Basic Plan and it took about an hour to process the pictures. I got a 15% discount by referring three friends. This discount may not be available when you are trying the tool out. Surprisingly, it generated 100 images instead of just 60. Wish you might get lucky with this too!

Step 9: Upload or Change Photo Selection

You will get one last chance to add or remove pictures. At this stage, any pictures that do not meet the requirements will be removed from analysis, and you will have an opportunity to add image(s) to replace them.

Step 10: Select an Attire

Now we are back to answering a bunch of questions, starting with choosing an attire. You will have the option of Smart Casual, Business Casual, and Business Professional. I have selected all three to get a variety of results.

Step 11: Choose a Background

Select a background option from Office, Nature, City, and Studio. I have selected all four to get a variety of results.

Step 12: Choose an option for Glasses

Now, you must select an option to have glasses in all headshots, some headshots, or no headshots. Since I do not wear glasses, I chose the I don’t wear glasses option.

Step 13: Choose Hair Length

Choose a hair length from Buzz Cut, Short, Medium Length and Long. Since I have short hair I chose the Short option.

Step 14: Choose Body Type

Choose a body type from Slim, Regular, Athletic, Large, and Plus Size. My body type is between Regular and Large. I chose Regular because I did not want to look more elongated than I am.

Step 15: Confirm Details

Now its time to confirm all details. While you will not be able to replace any pictures that you uploaded at this point, there is still time to update Ethnicity, Gender, Age, Glasses, Body Type, Background, Hair Color, Hair Length and Attire.

Step 16: Creating Your AI Headshots

Now Aragon AI will utilize your pictures and options selected to generate headshots. I had to wait about an hour to get my pictures.

Step 17: View the Results and Edit them

Now you can view all your images and edit them if necessary using AI Editor.

Lets dive into learning how to use Get Recall to summarize pdf files. Before we get started, make sure you have an account with Get Recall or the Get Recall chrome extension. If you don’t have either, you can Sign Up or Install the Chrome Extension to get started. For this example we will use AI to summarize the Sustainable Development Goals Progress Report 2024. The report is 26 pages long and has over 13000 words. Let’s use this AI PDF summarizer to find key insights from the report.

Step 1: Upload the PDF file

First you will need to upload the pdf you want to summarize. You can either upload a pdf file from your computer or you can provide a web link for the pdf.

If you would like to upload pdf from your computer, you will need to click on the drop down menu next to the NEW button and choose UPLOAD A PDF option. Next you will get a Summarize PDF dialogue box where you will upload the document and choose whether you want a concise or detailed summary.

If you have a web link to the pdf, you can simply click on the NEW button and paste the URL. Once you hit the Click on Summarize button, your pdf will be instantly summarized.

Step 2: Summarize PDF Files

Once you upload your pdf, Get Recall will summarize the pdf file. This step takes only a few seconds. You will notice that your summary will comprise headings and multiple bullet points. Thanks to artificial intelligence, you can summarize lengthy reports to extract key points.

You can check out the summary generated by both Concise and Detailed option below. The Concise summary has about 1300 words and the detailed summary has around 7500 words.

Step 3: Modify and Analyze the PDF Documents Summary

Once the summary is ready, you can modify and/or analyze it in multiple ways as mentioned below.

• Add Tag – You can add tags to keep your cards organized.
• Edit the titles and body – You can edit the summary generated by Get Recall to add a human element.
